Collaborating closely with the Business Development and Corporate Communication teams in the USA, I spearheaded an EMEA-wide content marketing initiative on LinkedIn to enhance brand visibility. I also supported contract renewal for Cat Nat treaties in 2022.
- The goal was to analyze the market, meet startups, and develop potential Proof of Concepts. Although not all projects reached the Proof of Concept stage, I gained valuable insights for the company and shifted the internal culture towards innovation.
- EMEA Content Marketing: We achieved impressive results: 50 colleagues from 8 countries collectively published nearly 240 articles on LinkedIn, surpassing the reach of the global LinkedIn company page

- Search Engine Partner Acquisition:
- By the end of 2010, the website had 31 partners (ebookers, LTUR, bravofly, Tripado, Elumbus, FlightTIX, Fluege…) + I could also convince Expedia, Lastminute, and Opodo for test phases, despite the challenging CPC model;
- I won the customer Unister GmbH, which was then the leading German OTA ahead of Expedia. Integrating their 5 brands (vol24.fr, fluege.de, volo24.it, vuelo24.es, fly.co.uk) onto our flight engine made it one of Easyvoyage's largest revenue partners.
- Website and Newsletter Monetization:
- Successfully directly sold a large portion of the advertising inventory to advertisers or media agencies* on a CPM basis
- Regularly exceeded my Pan-European sales target by selling ad space for markets other than Germany (+78% in 2011, +19,3% 2012, +90% 2013)
- Technical Implementation: I functioned as a traffic manager, responsible for configuring display campaigns on Smart Adserver (now Equativ). I conducted tests to identify optimal revenue streams, including programmatic options through AdSense/Doubleclick AdExchange or affiliate partnerships for unsold inventory. Additionally, I managed monetization strategies, implementing CPC or hybrid/CPA models through affiliate platforms like Trade-Doubler, Affilinet, and Zanox for our Best Deals on Website & Newsletter.
